MGN American Iso Whey Protein Review

When choosing a protein supplement, you can become overwhelmed in what to use because there are so many options out there, but if you’re more focused on just building lean muscle and toning and defining your muscles, MGN American Iso Whey Protein is built for that focus.

With the ingredients and Amino Acids it contains, MGN American Iso Whey Protein will give you a high amount of protein in each serving and to get nearly a full day’s worth of protein, you’ll only need to use it a couple times a day.

Yet is it as effective as the manufacturers claim it to be?

The Product

Like a lot of other protein supplements on the market, MGN American Iso Whey Protein will not only help you to build that lean muscle, but it focuses on just that.

Filled with 19 Amino Acids as well, MGN American Iso Whey Protein will give you 22 grams of protein (44% daily value), 195 milligrams of calcium (20 % daily value), 150 milligrams of physphorus (15% daily value), 240 milligrams of potassium (7% daily value) 18 milligrams of magnesium (5% daily value), 4% daily value of iron along with 1% daily value of vitamin A, C, and D.

Unlike some protein supplements on the market, MGN American Iso Whey Protein won’t load you with calories or sugars. MGN American Iso Whey Protein only gives you 120 calories and just 2 grams of sugars with each serving.

The Pros

MGN American Iso Whey Protein looks like it would be a good protein supplement if you are focused on wanting to build lean muscle and aid your muscles in tone and definition.

You can try MGN American Iso Whey Protein in 7 different flavors, which gives you plenty of variety whether you like the sweet taste or the fruity taste.

Flavors are:

• Cake Batter
• Chocolate
• Cinnamon Bun
• Ice Cream Sandwich
• RockyRoad
• Strawberry
• Vanilla

MGN American Iso Whey Protein is not only filled with a high amount of protein per serving, but is loaded with a long list of Amino Acids that can help your body to get the nutrients it needs after your workouts.

The Problems

MGN American Iso Whey Protein is only available in a 5 pound container so if you’re just looking to give it a shot and aren’t looking to use it regularly, you’ll be stuck with a lot of protein powder.

MGN American Iso Whey Protein contains ingredients that may cause problems if you have a lactose intolerance. MGN American Iso Whey Protein contains skim milk and also whey, which is a milk derivative.

The Price

MGN American Iso Whey Protein can be found in a 5 pound container for around $45, the average price of many other protein supplements on the market today.

Our Opinion

If you are looking for a protein supplement that will focus on those muscles you’re building, MGN American Iso Whey Protein is an excellent choice because it is focused on giving your muscles that tone and definition that so many of us want.

However, if you want a protein powder that will give you more than just that, for instance, specifically aid you in weight loss, MGN American Iso Whey Protein may not give you what you are looking for, but could still help with fat loss.

Lads, I know you two aren’t trying to live foeevrr or anything like that but how do you feel about training for heart health? I’m a PT from England. I train similar to you both but I admit I like to do a bit of intense cardio every now and then. You’re right it does burn muscle but I can’t help but feel like I have to give my heart a good workout. (I’m not trying to live foeevrr either I just like to keep the engine running clean is all )Keith
