EAS MyoPlex HP Review

Eas Myoplex HP is advertised as the ultimate solution for achieving peak athletic performance both in and out of the gym. Created by some of the most reliable sports supplement manufacturers around, this tasty new protein bar looks like a great way way to get the protein you need when you need it most.

Advertisements would have you believe that EAS Myoplex will give you ion-exchanged whey protein for maximum absorption, and unlike so many other nutrition bars, EAS Myoplex is formulated with as much as 60% protein.

Experts recommend that athletes and body builders consume as much as 2grams of protein per kg of body weight, but the question is, does EAS MyoPlex HP actually give you anywhere near this amount of protein? Does this formula give you the amazing ingredients that manufacturers say it will?

About EAS MyoPlex HP

EAS MyoPlex HP uses 50g of protein, which is great considering how many protein powders and shakes only offer 20-30 grams per day.

Although we like to think that the more protein the better, however, dieters and consumers might also want to consider that the body can only absorb about 25 grams of protein in a sitting. Unlike other nutrients, protein your body can’t use immediately isn’t stored for later, so you’ll want to spread out your protein intake throughout the day in order to get the most results.

Does EAS MyoPlex HP Really Work?

The formula is only 60% protein – which sounds great at first, until you realize that the rest of the formula is made up of fillers, sugars, carbs, preservatives, and other ingredients that really should not be there. That is almost half of the formula!

In addition to that, the fact is 50g of protein in that bar are not as amazing as you might initially think. The protein is extremely low-quality at best, which means that it will not absorb into the digestive lining. So obviously enough, you are not going to see any greater results. It will pass through the body with no really positive effects.

Product Price

Since the release of EAS MyoPlex lite bars, Myoplex HP60 bars are becoming increasingly difficult to purchase. A single box of 12 bars can cost as much as $37.35 (purchased from UK stores and not including shipping and handling). That makes each bar over $3! Although you’ll be getting a bit of protein per bar, $3 per serving is way too pricey to be worth the investment.

Flavors

EAS MyoPlex HP is available in 2 different flavors: chocolate and Banoffee, both of which average around 360 calories per bar. Although these flavors look like tasty treats for between workouts, if you’re not careful, you may end up eating far more calories than you anticipated.

Conclusion

EAS MyoPlex HP may look good at first, and the flavor isn’t bad compared to other protein supplements, but ultimately speaking, EAS MyoPlex HP does not actually have the right types of proteins for proper digestion or anything else. When you add in the high price and the difficulty of obtaining these bars, we feel that you would do better with a more reliable formula such as the ones listed here.

Few things All these bndras are packed with fillers so you do not even get the full amount of protein that is on the label, so highly doubt you will overdose because of the low absorption rate. Also if you are looking for quality protein, looking for the biggest bucket for the cheapest price is the worst idea, you get what you pay for when it comes to protein. They are all high in saturated fat and calories. Chck out Max Muscle’s Max Pro and Triple Whey proteins. Low calorie, fat and carb
