		<description><![CDATA[I messed up sohntmieg close to my ulnar bone, that was the last week of March 2011 and it still hasn&#039;t healed completely. I was doing dumbbell curls with my palms facing down and I guess what ever got messed up in my left wrist wasn&#039;t strong enough. I thought it was finally healed but I tried to do pullups yesterday and I felt the pain, it hasn&#039;t healed.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[HELLO Ma&#039;m   I just wanted to let you know even thuogh I have been jumping on and off my healthy wagon(I think its cause of the high stress of wedding, excuse I know, sorry) I have STILL be drinking your green (I call them green monster shakes)shakes.  I even have my fiance drinking them.  I am trying to do some catch up on here and get motivated back into my healthy ways I was in.  Considering the wedding is in a month and half and I gained back 6lbs I had lost   I love the new style yes I am that far behind on here]]></description>
