RTD 51 Review

RTD 51 is a fitness minded formula that will supposedly help you to lose more weight and see all the muscle-building results you are looking for.

Manufacturers claim that With RTD 51¸you will get 51g of powerful protein, without the extra carbs and sugars to slow you down, and it’s even available in a wide variety of flavors, but does RTD 51 actually work?

About RTD 51

RTD 51 has 51g of reported proteins – which is a massive amount of protein compared to most other supplements. Consumers should keep in mind that the body can only absorb about 30-40 grams of protein in one sitting, so you might want to space out how much you drink at a time otherwise you’ll be paying extra for protein you can’t use.

Additionally, RTD 51 only contains about 2 grams of sugar per serving, so you don’t have to worry about putting on the extra pounds of fat while you’re trying to bulk up. The vitamin concentrations are fairly high considering the fact that a single can only contains 260 calories – so it makes for a nutritional boost both before and after your workouts.

Keep in mind that RTD 51 does not contain any fat burners or appetite suppressants in its ingredients, so don’t expect to use this product as a way to sculpt the perfect body. It’s a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, but not a good source for boosting energy levels, strength, or endurance.

The Price

Currently RTD 51 sells for about $40 for a 12 pack when purchased through third party sites such as Amazon, but surprisingly enough, if you purchase directly from the manufacturers, MET-RX, you can get the same amount for about $35 and it’s even backed with a 90-day return policy if you’re not satisfied.

When you average it out, RTD 51 is a little over $3 a 15 oz. can, which makes it a little pricey, but consumers seem to think that its worth it.

Flavors

RTD 51 has various flavors such as mocha blast, peanut butter, and cookies & crème. The reviews about the flavor of RTD 51 are a little mixed. Some absolutely love the taste and think that RTD 51 is a tasty way to increase protein intake, while others think that the chalky taste make it undrinkable. Considering the fact that RTD 51 as so much protein per serving without the extra carbs or sugars, I’m surprised that consumers like the flavor as much as they do – from what I can tell, it’s pretty difficult to hide that much protein powder without overdoing it on the sweeteners, so I applaud MET-Rx for what they’ve managed thus far.

Conclusion

RTD 51 might not have the highest quality protein in the industry, but if you’re looking for a low-calorie low-carb way to increase your protein, then you might want to give it a try. of course, you have to down a lot of liquid in order to get the full results, and it’s pretty pricey compared to other protein supplements, but if you’re in the mood to try something new, then this formula might be for you.
