Provida Labs Protein for Fat Loss Review

One of the top foods recommended by weight loss experts is protein. It helps you feel full for longer, gives you nutrients, and it’s hard to digest; which causes you to burn more calories. Provida Labs Protein for Fat Loss was designed specifically for people who want to lose weight.

You’re supposed to use it as a meal-replacement shake, but it could also help you build and maintain lean muscle as you follow a regular exercise plan.

What I want to know is if Protein for Fat Loss is a high-quality product that will give you your money’s worth. Or would a top-rated protein powder like Myotein be a better option?

The Formula

I had barely started my research, and already I was skeptical of this product. I couldn’t find an official website or an online retailer, and product information is very sparse. Apparently, what used to be the official website now redirects to MyBodyMakeover.com, but I couldn’t find Protein for Fat Loss on this site.

One source said Protein for Fat Loss has whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, cocoa powder, digestion resistant maltodextrin, high oleic sunflower creamer, natural and artificial flavors, gums, salt, sweeteners, milk, and soy.

Another source said Protein for Fat Loss has 28 grams per serving, but they didn’t specify if this was a total dose or the amount of protein.

Even if I could find out what dose of protein is used, I have no way of telling how much of each type of protein has been used. It’s typical for manufacturers not to show how much of each type of protein they used; but when you have a product like Myotein (which uses several high-quality proteins) this isn’t a problem. It is a problem with Protein for Fat Loss because I don’t know if it’s going to be good or not.

Pros

According to one source, Protein for Fat Loss costs about $40. I can’t confirm this though, because I can’t find an online site that sells the protein powder.

Cons

I couldn’t find reliable information about the ingredients list and label.

Hardly any background information is provided online and there isn’t an official website.

Some people seem to think Protein for Fat Loss is part of the Provida weight loss system. I couldn’t verify that this is true because I couldn’t find the product or any reference to it on Provida.com.

Most of the information I found was outdated or simply said that the product was out of stock.

I could not find any customer reviews.

Conclusion

I was unable to find important information about Protein for Fat Loss from reliable sources. And the little bits of information I did find weren’t very impressive. I don’t think this is one of the best protein powders on the market, and I don’t think it would be a good meal-replacement shake.

Protein for Fat Loss may or may not be effective, safe, high-quality, or affordable. I don’t know for sure. What I do know is that Myotein is consistently rated as the best protein powder of the year.

Instead of using Protein for Fat Loss–if you could even find a retailer who sells it–I recommend trying Myotein. It’s a great product for people who want to put on more muscle or who want to lose weight. Yes, surprisingly, a good protein powder can do both.

    Provide Labs Protein for weight loss is recommended in the Food Lovers Eating Plan materials as a replacement only for the protein part of a meal. The information in the plan recommends that for that same meal you add either a simple carbohydrate or a complex carbohydrate or both to make a whole meal. you have misunderstood the products simple intention of only supplying the protein for lean muscle growth. The carbohydrate are the responsibility of the consumer.

      So, is this protein Powder any good, or can i use something else on the Food Lovers Eating Plan. Also at what store can this protein powder be bought. I was looking into maybe trying The Six Star Whey Protein instead of this one. I’m guessing that would be okay.

      You are, to a certain drgeee, on the right track but the fact is without the proper nutrition, 90% of the exercise you do counts for nothing.In order to burn fat, you must be in a caloric deficit and create the right hormonal environment for fat loss through clean dieting and proper exercise.I can give you a few exercises to do that will help you burn some fat, but sooner or later you will hit a plateau and will stop burning fat due to a poor diet.For stomach and thighs, you’d want to superset lower-body exercises with abdominals for example:Bodyweight Squats Hanging Leg RaisesBulgarian Split Squats Decline CrunchesLunges Regular CrunchesFocus on a full, controlled range of motion for the first week.     Hi I’m trying to find a protein powder that I can just sprinkle on my food I’v tried the drinks and I can’t drink them and the powder mixes they make me sick. I had bypass surgery done and I have to find something A long time ago I had some kind of powder that was in a can I just sprinkled on my food and it didn’t have any taste to it I’m really hoping you can help me out and have something like this if you could can you please get back to me as soon as possible I had surgery a week ago and I have to find something that I can take Thank-You

      a really good way to lose whiget without a diet is to drink 4 cups of water before every meal. this will fill you up, and youlle eat less, plus water is really good for you.couple this with the whigets at home, and youlle be fine.oh, and by the way, google power of ten adam zickerman and get the bookits a workout that you do twice a week for 20 minutes, and its better than the 5 day a week, hour each day routinemy dad and i have both been doing this for 2 years, and it works really really well.so yeah, drink water before you eat to lose the extra fat, and use your whigets for power of 10 to get musclegood luck!!!!!hope this helps!!!!!

    Regarding Provida Labs product “Protein For Fat Loss”, this is a protein powder used for Protein shakes and fat loss recipes provided foe members who purchased “The Food Lovers Fat Loss System”.

    The protein powder is supposed to be under 5 carbs and over 15grams per scoop.

    This program shows you how to eat proteins, low carbs, and high carbs in the right combination and portion size for a fat loss plate for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack in between meals. All meals and snacks are eaten every 2-3 hours in order to put you body into fat burning mode instead of fat storing mode. This is not a diet plan, it is a way to eat all the foods you love and lose weight. Your not deprived of any foods you love and once you lose the wait you maintain your weight by eating the right foods for life. This program makes a lot of sense, unlike diets that have unrealistic food plans like counting calories or eating only low carb or fat free foods. Most people fail at these diets and even if they stick with it and lose the weight, as soon as they are off the diet they gain either all the weight back or even gain double because they start eating the foods they crave. The Yo Yo effect happens.
