Staying active and eating a lot of (healthy/lean protein) foods keeps your msoibtlaem going. The only way to keep a fire burning is to keep feeding it wood!]]></description>

I have had recent success with eating small amounts of food every 2 hours or so. It speeds up your metabolism and keeps you from feeling like your starving yourself. Also, reducing carbs can definitely help you reduce your weight. It becomes difficult to loose weight with age because your metabolism slows down, and you are not buring as many calories as you used to do when you were young.]]></description>
