The Best Way to Build Muscle
You see bodybuilders online or on TV and you wonder how they got to be so big.
The truth is, many of them are probably juicing and are risking their safety in order to look bigger.
On the other hand, you see numerous multivitamins and other diet pills which are supposed to produce safe results, but aren’t really the best way to build muscle.
There are some muscle building supplements that are safe and effective, like whey protein powders and HGH releasers; and some you should avoid, like painful HGH injections and steroids.
What to Look For
Muscle building supplements that utilize natural ingredients are typically safe and are more effective than many people give them credit for.
Here are several different types of muscle building supplements which could help you get bigger. Each one works naturally, so combining them with regular exercise could be the best way to build muscle safely and quickly:
Testosterone Boosters use a variety of natural ingredients, like Tribulus Terrestris and Eurycoma Longifolia, which are supposed to naturally stimulate the pituitary gland to produce testosterone.
HGH Releasers are another way to build muscle. HGH is similar to testosterone because it decreases with age and is produced in the pituitary gland. Amino acids are typically what stimulate HGH production.
Protein Shakes are some of the leading muscle building products out there because they work directly at the source. Using whey protein powder shakes supplies large amounts of whey protein to muscles, helping them grow and repair faster.
What to Avoid

If a product contains man-made ingredients, it’s best to stay away from it. Also, anything that has to pass through the liver before being absorbed can pose some serious health issues.
Natural supplementation may not appear to be as fast or effective as injecting a synthetic blend into your body, but why risk the possibility of having to endure serious and life threatening side effects? Some muscle building supplements to avoid include the following:
Pro-hormones are different than testosterone boosters or steroids because it is a precursor to testosterone; not a stimulator or mimicker. Pro-hormones have to pass through the liver before metabolizing into testosterone.
Once it converts to testosterone, it essentially acts like a testosterone booster, but the transportation through the liver is what makes pro-hormones dangerous. Many users report liver and kidney problems after taking pro-hormones.
Steroids act to mimic and strengthen the effects of testosterone. Though steroids produce powerful anabolic results, they are man-made and have been shown to cause harmful effects like high blood pressure, liver damage, and heart problems.
Many steroids are illegal and almost all steroid products have been banned by numerous sporting agencies.
HGH Injections are also man-made and are designed to synthetically increase HGH levels in the body. Not to be confused with natural HGH releasers, injections do NOT work naturally with the pituitary gland in the brain to secrete HGH.
Instead, they injects a chemical into the body that mimics the effects of HGH. One injection of HGH can cost up to $3000, not to mention the risk of liver damage and even carpal tunnel syndrome.
Conclusion
You can choose to risk your health and safety by taking synthetic products, or you can take the safe route and go all-natural. If you choose all-natural supplementation, make sure you do your homework and find ingredients that are proven and included in the recommended dosage.
Combining supplements can be beneficial. In fact, doing so may be the best way to build muscle fast. For example, HGH releasers have been shown to work better when used in combination with whey protein. However, a word of caution: always contact your healthcare professional before combining any supplements.
Building muscle takes time and effort. Make sure you maintain a healthy diet and regular exercise along with taking muscle builders.

GH pills won’t work, even IF they contain gwotrh hormones, the stomach acids will kill off the active ingredient. Injections is the only way, at 5ft 5.5 you are not a midget. My daughter is almost 14yr old and 4ft 6 tall, she’s been taking daily GH shots for nearly 10yrs, The treatment is very expensive so only given to those who really need is, as in those with medical problems which are linked to short statute or those with a lack of natural GH. It’s not suitable for those who just want to get a little taller. You still have maybe 3 years of natural gwotrh left

There are no hGH pills!! Growth Hormone is a protein hoomrne and must be given by injection. Pills that claim to be hGH are not really hGH but a supplement that is claimed to raise your own production of hGH. If you are producing low levels anyway, this likely will do nothing. Better to adopt healthy lifestyle habits did you know that good sleep can increase hGH levels?

I’m sure you may not want to hear this, but the only thing that will work safely and nallrauty is time.Unfortunately, nothing can force your body to grow taller than your DNA says you will and time is all it takes to make that growth happen. There are some things that can take away from your potential height (eg. coffee/caffeine, smoking, drugs, etc), so as long as you stay away from those, exercise at least on a semi-regular basis, and have a healthy diet, you should grow as tall as you’re supposed to. Besides all that, your growing age normally peaks around 20 years old, so since you’re younger than that, you’ve got plenty of time to finish growing and any HGH pills (or other artificial growth products) can actually be detrimental to your height and/or health. However, there are insoles that will help to boost your height because they are adding the height, not making you grow taller. Good luck and I hope I helped!
